Alexandria Estates is regarded as the nicest mobile home park in the Alexandria. The park is located on a tree lined 13 acre property. It was formerly known as Hustad Park.We are well-located and just minutes from everything Alexandria has to offer. In a ten minute drive or less you can access numerous restaurants, breweries, retail stores like Wal-Mart and Target, beautiful lakes, biking/hiking/snowmobiling trails, and a host of strong employers (e.g. Alomere Health, Douglas Machine, 3M, Alexandria Public School, Henry's Foods).We ask all tenants to take pride in their homes and to maintain them in a manner that will contribute to keeping a neat and attractive park. With cooperation with the community we believe Alexandria Estates will continue as the finest mobile home park in the area.All tenants in the community own their own homes which contributes to pride of ownership. - Utilities: Water, sewer, gas, electric, phone, internet, and cable paid for by tenant. Trash paid for by community.
- Pet Policy: Residents may have up to two pets. Dog musts weigh 35 pounds or less when fully grown. No aggressive breeds. All pets must be registered with the City of Alexandria and registered/approved by the park. Contact us for more info on service animals and/or emotional support animals.
- Ownership: All residents own their own homes in the community (we have no rental trailers).
